Existing Patients can Schedule, Cancel, or Reschedule your appointment via the patient portal

We have a new patient portal feature available at your clinic that allows existing patients to schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments with your provider.

• Log into your portal
• Go to the Appointments Tab
• Select Schedule Appointment, Cancel, or Reschedule
• Available for appointments 48+ hours in advance

If the appointment is within 48 hours: Go to the Messages Tab to send a message.
