Masha Erofeeva, MA
Joining KP Counseling in 2019, Masha earned her Associate of Arts from Rock Valley College, Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Rockford University, and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Prior to her graduate studies, Masha was a personal wellness coach working with young adults overcoming anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive and eating disorders. Masha enjoys working with clients seeking transformational change and creating a deep sense of meaning and belonging in their lives. As well as, identity development, self-esteem, assertiveness training and career counseling.
She believes in helping her clients in a holistic way by identifying strengths and past success and building on those in order to overcome obstacles and find joy. Her coaching experience provides her with an ability to reframe situations and find opportunities for growth with her clients, as well as, aid clients in building motivation to take charge of their lives and transform into the best version of themselves.
Being an immigrant herself, she values working with individuals who are adapting to significant life changes at any stage of life. Her clinical interests include: personal growth, spirituality, identity development, transformational change, coming of age issues, relationship issues.
In addition to counseling, Masha enjoys spending time in nature with her family; whether it’s hiking in the woods or kayaking on a lake. Enjoying movement through yoga and exercise, reading, writing and working on her spiritual and personal development.
