Struggling from time to time with life’s stresses is something we all have in common. I’m easy to talk to, practical, down to earth and good at what I do. I specialize in helping people just like you discover meaningful and lasting solutions to emotional, behavioral and relational struggles.

I have considerable experience treating: Depression, Suicide, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Body image/eating issues, Bipolar, Relationship issues, Grief, PTSD, Domestic Violence Victims, Trauma, Codependency, Self esteem/shame, Divorce, Self injury, ADHD, Emotional Struggles, OCD, Addiction and Women Issues. I enjoy working with children, adolescent, and young adult clients. I also have a passion for working with military personnel and multicultural clients.

Before joining KP Counseling, I was an experienced outpatient therapist at a private psychiatric clinic, inpatient therapist at Chicago Behavioral Hospital where I provided individual, family and group counseling for a wide variety of issues. Prior to my work at Chicago Behavioral, I was a therapist at the Pioneer Center for Behavioral Health.

I have earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Argosy University and a master’s degree in professional psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. I enjoy helping clients identify meaningful goals and achieve lasting solutions to improve quality of life and relationships.
