Master Level Therapist | MSW
Kalab Polky joined KP in 2021. He earned his BS in Anthropology/Sociology and minor in Art: Print Making from Rockford University and received his MSW from George Williams College of Aurora University.
Over the last couple of years, Kalab has worked with different organizations throughout the community of Rockford providing advocacy, case management, and counseling to at risk youth and their families. He is a founding board member of Shatter Our Silence, a non-profit organization focused on young adult suicide prevention. He has been a lifelong athlete and had the opportunity to play collegiate football, this coupled alongside his degree in art influences his versatile approach in his therapy. He has experience with adolescents and young adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, grief, bullying, learning disabilities, kids with ADD and ADHD, and study/focus issues.
In addition to his work, Kalab enjoys printmaking, watching stand-up comedy, and spending time with family and friends.
