I am so grateful for this past weekend. I got to celebrate with my in-laws their 60 year wedding anniversary (wow! who says that marriage doesn’t work), my father celebrating his 69th birthday, and my younger brother about to have his first child. It was another weekend blessed with family and friends. The great weather added to the time to share old memories and create new ones. I am grateful that I have been taught to savor the special moments because any ordinary moment can be special and stretch myself to see another’s perspective.
