The idea of starting counseling can be a difficult step. At kp counseling, we are sensitive to this stressful first step. When you call, you will speak to Cathy Sarver, our Office Manager. She will assist you in setting up an appointment for an evaluation or address your questions, based upon your specific needs. Cathy has extensive experience working in private mental health settings. She will use her experience to meet your initial needs.

Cindy Beck, Patient Account Specialist, will help you with your insurance coverage, appropriate authorizations, determining your co-pay, and billing your insurance. Cindy has a great knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry, and will be able to assist you with any questions about your coverage.

Financial Note:

kp counseling, inc. accepts most major insurance coverage and medicare. Payment arrangements are available upon request for self-pay clients.
